DMTN offers variety in its manufacturing operations: a multitude of processes producing a range of products made in Maryville. Highly automated transfer lines, high-speed precision surface-mount technology, scanning systems in the warehouse, and scores of robots in each of DENSO’s four manufacturing plants require an aptitude and desire to learn.

Technical departments have a strong knowledge of multi-faceted skills, such as electrical, electronics, mechanical, robotics, machine programming, and operation of state-of-the-art machining centers.
Although DENSO hires externally for these positions, DENSO offers an internal Apprenticeship program to give the existing workforce opportunity for promotion and training in these technical positions.
