Fran Labun is vice president of the Sales Group for DENSO Sales California, Inc., the Long Beach-based affiliate of Japan-based DENSO Corporation. He oversees the U.S. and Latin America Automotive Aftermarket and OES Sales. Labun also oversees Heavy Duty OEM and aftermarket operations, automotive and non-automotive Marketing, national accounts and retails sales channels, and supervises non-automotive product lines, heat management and robotics sales.

Labun joined DENSO Sales California in 1982 as a member of the Technical Services Department. In 1990, he was appointed manager of Product Planning for Heavy Duty Diesel, and became senior manager of Commercial Products in 1995. From 1993 to 2001 he worked on a joint project with Lucent Technologies to develop base station cooling systems.
