DENSO Sales California (DSCA) - DSCA now offers a new line of revolutionary horizontally articulated robots, models HS-E and HM-E.The new line reflects a dramatic shift in focus and design in response to growing industry demand for more efficient and productive robots featuring horizontal articulation.

The new robots are designed for use in small assembly environments such as medical/pharmaceutical, telecommunications and automotive and consumer electronics.

"The development of these robots should serve notice that DENSO is a dynamic and committed player in the industry," said Fran Labun, DENSO Robotic Division senior manager.

The HM series offers an additional maximum reach of 1000mm. The HS series offers an additional minimum reach of 350mm, faster cycle times and greater power, improved controller function and an encoder counter board for conveyor tracking.

Both models will be available this year.
