Shanghai, China - DENSO Create Inc., a subsidiary of DENSO Corporation, established DENSO Create Shanghai Inc., in Shanghai, China in June. This new company will develop software for DENSO-related products such as control systems and information system products for automobiles by using Chinese software companies near Shanghai. It is the first development company overseas.

“DENSO is preparing to respond to increasing customer demands by reinforcing the software development force that is indispensable to business success and expansion in China,” said Kenzo Ito, president of DENSO Create Inc., and chairman of DENSO Create Shanghai. “We came to Shanghai to take advantage of the many excellent software engineers based in the area.”
